1. Introduction and Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the relationship between 77joa ("we", "us", "the platform") and any individual ("you", "the player", "the user") who accesses, registers with, or uses any service available at https://77joa.app. By creating an account or using any part of the 77joa platform, you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy.

Account Security Obligations

• Notify 77joa support immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

All financial transactions on 77joa are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). 77joa does not accept deposits in foreign currencies. The platform supports deposits and withdrawals via major Bangladesh mobile financial services and select bank transfer methods. It is your responsibility to ensure that the payment method you use is registered in your own name.

Deposits

The following conditions apply to all deposits made on the 77joa platform:

• The minimum single deposit is ৳200. 77joa does not impose a maximum deposit limit as standard, but reserves the right to apply limits to specific accounts in accordance with responsible gaming policy.
• Deposits are credited to your account balance promptly upon confirmed receipt. Processing times vary by payment method and are outside 77joa's direct control for third-party payment providers such as bKash, Nagad and Rocket.
• 77joa does not accept deposits from payment methods registered to a third party. Any deposit identified as originating from a third-party source may be reversed and the associated account suspended pending investigation.

Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are subject to the following conditions:

• KYC verification must be completed before any withdrawal is processed. Required documents typically include a government-issued photo identity document and proof of your registered payment method.
• Any active bonus wagering requirements must be satisfied in full before a withdrawal containing bonus-derived funds can be approved. Withdrawal requests submitted while a wagering requirement is pending may be declined or reduced accordingly.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

• Each welcome bonus or promotional offer is available to one account per player, per household, per IP address and per device. Attempts to claim the same promotion multiple times constitute abuse and may result in forfeiture of the bonus and associated winnings.

• 77joa reserves the right to modify, suspend or cancel any promotion at any time, and to disqualify any player found to be abusing promotional offers. In such cases no compensation or alternative award will be made.
• Free spins awarded as part of a promotion will expire if not used within the timeframe stated in the relevant offer terms. Expired free spins cannot be reinstated.

VIP cashback rewards issued under the 77joa loyalty program are credited in BDT directly to your real-money balance. VIP cashback is not subject to additional wagering requirements unless explicitly stated in the VIP program terms applicable to your tier at the time of issuance.

6. Betting and Gaming Rules

The following rules apply to all betting and gaming activity on 77joa:

• All bets are final once confirmed. 77joa does not accept cancellation requests for confirmed bets except in circumstances where an event is cancelled or voided by the relevant sports authority or game provider, in which case the stake will be refunded to your account balance.
• Minimum and maximum bet limits apply per event, market, and game type. Current limits are displayed within the relevant betting interface at the time of placing a bet. These limits may be adjusted at 77joa's discretion without prior notice.
• In the event of a technical failure during a live bet or live casino hand that prevents the correct recording or settlement of the outcome, 77joa reserves the right to void the affected bet or game round and refund the stake. 7. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on 77joa and constitutes grounds for immediate account suspension, permanent closure and forfeiture of all balances:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tool to place bets, interact with the platform, or derive an unfair advantage over other players or over the platform itself.
• Exploiting software errors, glitches, or undocumented features to place bets at incorrect odds or claim winnings that would not otherwise be due. Any winnings derived from a known or suspected software error may be voided.
• Colluding with other players, affiliates, or any third party to manipulate game outcomes, share inside information, or coordinate betting strategies in a manner designed to defraud 77joa.
• Depositing funds derived from criminal activity, money laundering, or any unlawful source. 77joa cooperates with relevant authorities in the investigation of suspicious financial activity and reserves the right to freeze accounts and report suspicious transactions.
• Registering more than one account, or assisting another person in registering an account for the purpose of obtaining additional bonuses or circumventing account restrictions placed on a previously suspended or closed account.

77joa may report any conduct it reasonably suspects to constitute fraud, money laundering, or another criminal offence to relevant law enforcement or regulatory authorities. Players found to have engaged in any prohibited conduct will have their accounts closed and all funds forfeited without further recourse.

8. Responsible Gaming

77joa is committed to promoting responsible gaming and protecting vulnerable players. All players have access to the following responsible gaming tools at all times via their account settings: deposit limits (daily, weekly, monthly), loss limits, session time limits, cool-off periods (temporary break from play), and self-exclusion (permanent closure of account). All content on the 77joa platform — including but not limited to software, text, graphics, logos, images, audio clips, game interfaces and the selection and arrangement thereof — is the intellectual property of 77joa or its licensors and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark and other intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. Any reproduction, redistribution, modification, or commercial exploitation of any platform content without the prior written consent of 77joa is strictly prohibited.

11. Amendments to These Terms

77joa reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms at any time. The revised Terms will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Where the changes are material — meaning they significantly alter your rights or obligations — 77joa will provide notice via a prominent announcement on the platform or, where your contact details are current, via email or SMS to your registered mobile number.
